Job Description
Our client has a requirement for a Bilingual Computer Application Support Consultant for a contract opportunity. The position is located in Ottawa, ONT

Requirements or Qualifications
  • Valid Secret Clearance;
  • Secondary school diploma;
  • Certificate, diploma, or degree in computer science or other relevant field from a recognized post secondary institution;
  • 1 year experience working in a call centre;
  • 1 year experience providing desktop computer support services specifically for PC or Macintosh computers;
  • 1 year experience troubleshooting Web Applications; and
  • Must be bilingual (English and French)
