Requirements or Qualifications
- Valid Secret Clearance;
- Secondary school diploma;
- Certificate, diploma, or degree in computer science or other relevant field from a recognized post secondary institution;
- 1 year experience working in a call centre;
- 1 year experience providing desktop computer support services specifically for PC or Macintosh computers;
- 1 year experience troubleshooting Web Applications; and
- Must be bilingual (English and French)
