Job Description
Our client has a requirement for a Senior Business Analyst with specific Sharepoint project experience. The ideal candidate will have gathered requirements, interviewed stakeholders and prepared documentation pertaining to a Sharepoint implementation/Project. This is a 1 year contract with possible extension.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst
  • Bilingual Business Analyst to do requirements analysis and some configuration of SharePoint
  • Experience developing business cases for Sharepoint initiatives, implementations and/or large scale projects
  • Experience setting up new site collections for the clients intranet and gathering the requirements to configure them.
  • Experience defining standard templates for different types of clients
  • Help define and document "best approach" to implement document management, information management, navigation, and search for the client
  • Work with the IM and technical team to implement IM policies and guidelines within the SharePoint 2010 environment
  • Document and analyze specific business processes to ensure accurate reflection in the implementation of SharePoint workflows where required
  • Experience iddentifying business efficiency opportunities through SharePoint 2010 workflows and specific SharePoint features and add-ons •
  • Experience conducting user interviews to ensure identified SharePoint solutions address those needs on an equitable basis with those of staff located in major operations centres
  • Provide opportunity analysis of functional processes suitable for the corporate Intranet
  • Develop detailed non-functional requirements such as security and performance
  • Experience in evaluating COTS products and liaising with third party vendors to ensure requirements are adequately understood and met by the received product(s)
  • Experience with UML diagrams to document software usage scenarios and process flows
  • Experience with user acceptance testing to ascertain all business requirements have been successfully met
  • Able to develop detailed business process guidelines to ensure the sustainable and secure deployment of a SharePoint portal extranet solution
