Our client is currently looking to for 9 help desk agents for 3+ month assignments that can extend or become permanent positions. The roles are located in Salt Lake City. UT.
 
The helpdesk agents are responsible for handling inbound calls from external and internal customers seeking technical support. The types of technical products that they will be supporting are both hardware and software related and vary from client to client. They will fully train all of our selected candidates to handle each type of call.
 
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing the first-line of telephone technical support of hardware, systems, and software applications for customers and/or employees.
  • Answers questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products.
  • Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend and implement solutions to correct common failures.
  • Provide remote support and trouble shoot issues with customers to resolve issues.
  • Typically provides technical support for internal and external customers.
  • Escalates complex problems to higher level of expertise within organization.

Role:
We require a project coordinator whose primary focus will be on providing financial management and analytical support to project managers at the program level for a large (Tier 1) initiative.
 
Requirement or Qualifications:
Ensure project control procedures and policies within a program of related projects are executed. Assist in maintaining project schedules. Develop and maintain issue logs. Maintain project repositories of documents. Prepare documents for various recurring meetings including minutes, issue logs etc. Develop presentation documentation as required for project teams. Develop consolidate program status reports.

As part of this project team, prime responsibility will be to:
  • Manage relationships and all activities with all required partners (business, TS Finance, program PMO, TS project teams, external partners) related to program one-time and on-going financials (prepare budget, forecasts and actuals).
  • Utilize project management software for development and distribution of comprehensive set of monthly, weekly and ad hoc project financial reporting to a variety of program stakeholders (including templates for use by other project members).
  • Work closely with TS Finance to provide necessary detailed financial data to support the forecasting and tracking of capitalization and amortization.
  • Manage all financial status meetings for the program.
  • Provide support for invoice processing. Manage process for all required updates to internal financial management tracking tools (e.g. EPM, Carpe Diem).
  • Manage reporting and tracking for resource utilization.
  • Exercise discretion in managing correspondence and information, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Act as central point of communication for core team members, management, business partners and other stakeholders on program, organization and platform issues.

Role:
We are currently looking to staff a team to provide technical support to migrate a Chantilly, VA client to Windows 7 for supported desktops, laptops, and peripherals. This is a 2 month assignment with possible extensions
  • Perform Data Migration.
  • Data migrated is based on custom file extensions which will be determined by the client and project teams.
  • Capture installed software and hardware configuration of the device
  • Install the Windows 7 image provided by client
  • Configure the specific end-user settings on each new system in accordance with the agreed installation instructions
  • Re-install end user software provided by client.
  • Join device to the domain
  • Re-map network printers
  • Installing approved local peripherals that can be connected via USB and are “auto detected” by the OS
  • At the end of installation, provide 10 minutes end user orientation
  • Ability to work on call after hours as required
  • Able to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel
