Job Description:

Our client has a requirement for a Senior Business Analyst /Salesforce for a 6 month contract opportunity. The position is located in Toronto.

Role:

The Business Analyst will be required to document requirements for a Salesforce encryption project this BA may also be working on an Anti-Money Laundering or Anti-Spam Legislation project.

 

Required Experience:

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working with Salesforce in a BA capacity, this person will be documenting requirements for Salesforce encryption
• Experience with regulatory projects
• Financial background and experience working in a bank or Financial Institution

Qualified Candidates will have:

• Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, business strategies and processes
• Knowledgeable on business process modeling, process mapping.
• Capable of writing clear and well structured business requirements documents.
• Contributes to the development of detailed level process maps to facilitate requirements gathering, gap analysis and for training use
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Extensive experience working with the business & technology groups to gather requirements
• Strong analysis and analytical skills
• Strong written documentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Identifying business needs and appropriate solutions

 

Nice to Have Experience:

• Experience with data mapping , although this is being listed as a nice to have if the resource is detailed and analytical they should be able to perform this function
• Testing experience; BA needs to understand and be able to assist with UAT
• Previous banking experience is a nice to have but not mandatory.
