Job Description
Our client has a contract requirement for a SECRET Cleared Programmer Analyst for a duration of 26 weeks with a possible extension. Job duties will include but are not limited to:
- Design and maintain the C++ client portion of the application
- Design and maintain the Oracle application implementation and ensure the security and integrity of the Oracle Database
- Analyse and design new features/functionality for the client server application

Qualifications
- Demonstrate:
- 5 years of experience in C / C++ client server application developmen
- 5 years of experience using SQL (PLSQL) database
- 5 years of experience in designing User Interface
- 5 years of experience in supporting real-time mission critical application
- 5years of experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Oracle security features and implementation techniques
- Understand and implement database performance tuning techniques
- Have a proven track record of delivering quality systems on time
- Have the ability to integrate data from external systems into a understandable format
- Knowledge:
- Military environmen
- Human Resource/Personnel systems
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience using: Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Be able to work with little supervision
- Must be able to prioritize tasks
- Have the ability to respond quickly and effectively in critical situations
- Able to accurately estimate implementation timelines
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Have lead a team of 5 (minimum) for a minimum of 5 years
- Have the ability to train others, knowledge sharing, mentoring
- Ability to quickly and efficiently diagnose and trouble shoot system problems
- Create efficient and user friendly/intuitive solutions to user requirements
- Secret Security Clearance
