This role is for a Sr. Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee a single project for the US within the Workspace Enterprise Optimization program. This project will specifically deliver on infrastructure solutions and implementation to meet the goal of moving from and XP workstation environment to a Windows 7 environment. This PM will need to provide strong leadership to both technical solution work and implement, as well as manage a budget and provide over all structure and leadership to the team. The ideal person for this role will be one that is able to oversee and drive a project with various technical components to completion as well as manage both project and technical risk.

Key accountabilities are: • Sets direction at an operational level, works autonomously in the management of the unit and collaborates with other infrastructure teams to establish and execute on common goals.
• Direct large-scale projects involving significant scope and complexity. Ensures delivery of projects to the business partner, meeting the approved scope/cost/schedule/quality for the project.
• Perform a governing role for, ensuring that the proposal, execution, control, deployment, training and hand off, warranty support, and closure meet promised schedules.
• Performs risk identification and mitigation activities, escalating unresolved issues to the Executive and / or Steering Committee where appropriate to secure their timely decisions/support.
• The successful candidate will be required to work with and influence senior level leaders and partner with other IT Managers.

MUST HAVE SKILLS: -10+ years experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager (preference will be given to candidates with more recent experience)
-PMP Certification
-Conceptual understanding of technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, Internet Proxy, and VPN
-Demonstrated project completion and timeline success
-Strong leadership skills and ability to drive projects
-Ability to manage risk on a high level
-MS Project
-Ability to present and communicate at an executive level
-Ability to collaborate with team members to drive project results
-Some travel to the US will be required

Specific skills and experience required for this position are:
  • Education or equivalent experience in IT sufficient to understand and interpret client technical requirements for diverse project specifications
  • Previous Sales experience in any aspect of high tech, network, systems, software development or similar experience is preferred

Technical Support Representative (Bilingual)

  • Knowledge of programming concepts is a must
  • Working knowledge of Windows NT/XP and MS Office.

About the Job
Our client has a requirement for a Business Analyst-Implementation / Level 1 for a 6 month contract opportunity.  The position is located in Toronto, ON.


Requirements or Qualifications:
The services and deliverables to be provided will include the following:

Deliverables  
  • Provide one-on-one telephone support to HSPs (health service providers) throughout their implementation
  • Debrief with regional implementation leads and education specialists on implementation progress as appropriate
  • Organize and facilitate group teleconferences with coordinators and trainers as part of their implementation
  • Support implementation by
    • Contributing to assignment of levels of support
    • Participating in regular meetings
    • Monitoring and tracking completion of implementation milestones and preparing appropriate reports
    • Responding to Support Centre queries and documenting resolution
  • Follow up with HSPs to facilitate workshop enrolment
  • Tracks HSP milestones and training
  • Updates milestones database and maintains implementation documents
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the Support Centre as required
  • Act as back-up contact person for HSPs during times of absence of education specialists (vacations/training), when appropriate
  • Attend and provide assistance to training sessions, as required
  • Assist with the orientation of secondees and other new staff e.g. checking coding assignments
  • Follow the regional implementation model and adhere to regional and core processes
  • Maintaining and updating implementation status and information in appropriate systems


Qualified Candidates will have:
  • Adult teaching experience (this position will not be presenting to a large audience, but will be providing coaching to coordinators at HSPs, feedback on assignments and interpretation of training materials)
  • Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Organized and detail oriented

Role:
As a Content Moderation Specialist you will ensure the Store content meets or exceeds our Content Guidelines/Criteria by testing the applications and media content using a variety of established tools and test cases.

You will work in a fast paced and lively team environment and collaborate with other members of the Certification and Media Processing team. In addition, as part of your role, you will also work closely with external vendors and other teams to provide timely test results and to ensure proper test coverage.

As a successful candidate, you are a highly motivated team player with a positive attitude.

 
Requirement or Qualifications:
·         3-5 Years experience with software testing, Automated testing tools, various testing tools and error tracking software.
·         Good knowledge of S60 and S40 devices, Java and Symbian applications, and various types of multimedia content.
·         Experience working with external vendors testing services.
·         Experience in process creation and test case management.
·         Excellent written and oral communications
·         Self-initiated with an eagerness to learn and contribute.

The skills listed below are definite asset:
·         Supervisory or team lead experience
·         Fluency (oral and written) in a language other than English
·         Good technical knowledge of wireless telecommunication technologies

About the Job
Our client has a requirement for a Mainframe Developer for a six month contract opportunity.  The position is located in Mississauga, ON.

Role
The successful candidate will be a developer to join the team in the test environment management mainframe environment.

Responsibilities
Support and maintenance of the test environments are prime responsibilities:
  • Apply analytical skills to resolve problems and deliver viable solutions. Anticipate obstacles and execute proactive approaches to issues. Active participation in issue resolution.
  • Responsible for coding, testing, packaging, deployment and support of builds of the test environments.
  • Ensure Test environments are fully functional and that builds are properly deployed.
  • Provide technical support to business and testing teams during testing phases.
  • Data set up and environment shake down.
  • Ensure required documentation is housed in the project repository and that knowledge transfer has occurred to full time staff upon completion of contract term.


Requirements or Qualifications
Qualified Candidates will have:
  • Must have strong skills and working experience in mainframe MVS, COBOL, JCL Utilities, and databases such as DB2 and/or IMS
