Job Description
Our client has a requirement for a End UserSupport Analyst (Deskside IT Support) Intermediate for a 1-year contract opportunity. The position is located in Calgary, Alberta.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2 End User Desktop Support
  • Support clients in an Enterprise IT environment, with distributed locations across Canada.
  • Provide deskside IT support to customers including senior corporate executive support
  • Provide Core 5 software application remote installation
  • Create and review technical documentation/processes as required
 
Requirements
  • Microsoft Outlook client support skills/experience
  • Windows 7 (A must have)
  • Apple iOS device support
  • Remote client support using RDP Utilities
  • Active/Enterprise Directory and SCCM
  • MS Office Suite 2010, Symantec SEP,
  • Cisco VPN remote access (wired and wireless) support.
  • Support remotely with Live Meeting, RDP utilities
  • Remedy problem management system
  • In depth knowledge of Spple iOS device and DELL PC hardware & peripherals
  • Smart Card authentication
  • Bit Locker Pin /Encryption
  • iOS device support iPad/iPhone and Blackberry email support
  • Excellent communication Oral and Written skills,
  • Process/Detailed oriented, Strong ability to prioritize tasks and organize work independently
  • Aptitude for learning in a fast paced environment
  • Self motivated/Ability to work well with others and utilize indirect influencing skills
  • Fluent in Microsoft suite of office tools with focus in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word

  • Network print support - HP/ Xerox MFD
