Role

We are looking for a Salesforce/.Net Developer for a 6 month contract in Toronto.

Responsibilities

This individual is required to work on multiple projects as well as provide production support for Salesforce primarily. They will also be working on a key improvement initiative.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience working with C#.Net, Salesforce and Naviplan; Experience with Naviplan is a “nice to have”. The primary skill-sets required are Salesforce & .Net.
• Knowledge of Financial planning and Wealth Management areas
• Strong understanding of Wintel platform; knowledge and understanding would suffice on this, hands-on experience is not required
• Strong trouble shooting skills to help debug production issues (50%), development work is the remaining 50%
• Experience working with vendor systems and backend integration with legacy systems; backend systems that they integrate with are developed in-house, so previous experience with a specific system is not necessary
• Provide input to the development portion of the project plan
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and ability to work through the process
• Ability to deliver high profile projects under tight timeframe
• Strong leadership skills, ability to work well with a team
• Excellent communication skills; this person will interact with the business frequently
• CMMI knowledge and working experience is an asset
