Our client has a requirement for 3 Project Managers for a 6 months contract opportunity. The positions are located in Toronto.

Requirements or Qualifications

Looking for 3 Senior Project Managers for 6-month contracts within PCG with primarily Software Application development experience. The specific projects that these individuals will be working on have not yet been determined, but examples of projects that they could be assigned to could include: FileNet Image Services migration, FundSERV upgrade, VB6 upgrade.

• PMP Certification is REQUIRED 
• Experience managing large system upgrades/ migrations/ implementations; primarily applications and software development focused, NOT infrastructure
• Wealth management/ Brokerage experience or knowledge
• Possesses advanced knowledge and 7 to 10 years of experience in project management/relevant work experience (i.e., within the previous five years has completed 3 large-scale projects or 2 large-scale projects of moderate to high risk/complexity)
• Previous financial or insurance experience is required
• Previous consulting experience (ex. IBM, CGI) would be desirable
• Exhibits a working knowledge of core Enterprise competencies including knowledge of the Enterprise’s business environment and products, understanding of the workings of the Enterprise’s organization and procedures, and proficiency in the use of standards/tools and methodologies

• Exhibit consistent flexibility, resilience, and resourcefulness
• Demonstrate courage and self-confidence in dealing with project issues and in escalating required project/program issues
