Job Description

Our client has a requirement for a Senior Business Analyst for a five (5) month contract opportunity. The position is located in Ottawa, ONT

Requirements or Qualifications

• Must have completed a post-secondary education in Information technology, business administration, commerce or engineering;
• Must have a minimum of 10 year’s experience developing business and functional requirements documents;
• Must have experience developing business analysis documents and presentations for senior executive audiences (Director level and above) in a Government of Canada environment;
• Must have completed a minimum of 3 business analysis projects for a Government of Canada organization;
• Must have experience in facilitating workshops and conducting client stakeholder interviews to define business requirements for a Government of Canada IT organization within the past ten (10) years;
• Must have experience developing formal business and functional requirements documents for a Government of Canada IT organization within the past ten (10) years.;
• Must have experience developing stakeholder communications material and presentations for a client services organization within the government of Canada; and
• Must have experience conducting options analysis and developing and documenting recommendations for senior management for a government of Canada department or agency.
