Job Description:
This role is for those interested in learning more about human resources, recruiting, or entry level career access to commissions. This position will support some of the most talented and experienced human capital management resource managers in the industry, with an opportunity to learn from the best minds in a fun and fast paced environment.
This role will be responsible for providing support on all facets of recruiting including reviewing and understanding job order requirements, posting the requirements via the internet, creative sourcing, interviewing, identification, and preparing documentation for client review. The Recruiter will play a critical role in matching top jobs for top talent.
This position is located in North York at the corner of Yonge and Sheppard, M2N 5Y7
Specific Responsibilities & Primary Duties:
· Develop and maintain a network of Job Seekers.
· Develop knowledge related to client needs to effectively target recruitment resources in a professional and efficient manner
· Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
· Screen and interview qualified candidates.
· Conduct initial interviews and define a short-list for client delivery
· Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and Client/Hiring managers.
· Review the hiring manager’s interview feedback with each candidate and take appropriate action when required.
· Conduct follow up interviews with successful placements during the onset of their contract assignment.
· Insure all Consultant time sheets and invoices arrive in time for payroll processing
· Participate in Trade Shows, Career Fairs, and in-person interview events
· Maintain social media sites, blogs, and user networking groups.
· Respond to Job Seekers evenings and weekends when necessary
· Work well in team environment

Minimum Qualifications:
· Highly motivated to learn and collaborate to achieve maximum personal commission earnings
· Ability to speak and write in multiple languages is preferred, but not required.
· Previous experience with recruiting is not required. Learn from our internal professionals
· Proven track record of achieving goals in a high paced environment.
· Proven iInitiative, high energy, strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
· Solid organizational and problem solving skills
· Proficient with MS (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Outlook required.
