About the Job

Our client has a requirement for Helpdesk Analyst for a 2 months contract opportunity. The position is located in Toronto.

Responsibilities

• Specialists are responsible for providing technical assistance to end users by answering questions and resolving computer problems for internal clients via telephone by remote access.
• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities in ticketing system (remedY) Confer with users and/or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support

**This opportunity is available in Scarborough or Barrie location**

 

Required Skills

• Minimum of Highschool degree
• 2 years of experience in a help desk position
• 2 years of experience in customer service
• Flawless communications skill
• Experience with ticketing system
• Team spirit -Professional and personable
• French is an asset
