Requirements or Qualifications
- Experience providing documentation and process design services;
- Experience providing business analyst services;
- Minimum ITIL Intermediate/Practitioner level certified;
- Experience performing gap analysis of application requirements;
- Experience with gathering configuration requirements and maintaining configuration documentation;
- Experience liaising with key stakeholders such as IT architects, IT specialists, DBAs, project managers, and business owners;
- Experience gathering and preparing requirements;
- Performing Requirements Analysis;
- Designing and documenting test and use cases;
- Providing regular updates to the project manager; and
- Valid Security Clearance
