Job Description:

Our client has a requirement for four Senior Technical SharePoint Specialists for a 6 month opportunity. The positions are located in Toronto.

Requirement or Qualifications:

Qualified Candidates will have/be able to:


•Perform coding and testing of SharePoint Solutions on both SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010.
•Multi-tasking.
•Contribute to managing all aspects of the project.
•Identify problems and bottlenecks that impact the delivery of the project.
•Solve technical problems in a timely manner.
Must Have:

•Proven development experience with SharePoint
•Microsoft certification for Implementing Microsoft SharePoint 2010, 2007 Applications
•Minimum 6 years overall IT experience
•Minimum 4 years in developing for enterprise level, large scale SharePoint applications
•Minimum 4 years demonstrated strong knowledge and proficiency in the following:
◦.NET Framework
◦ASP.NET
◦C#, Visual Basic .NET
◦Microsoft SQL Server
• Minimum 2-3 years demonstrated strong knowledge and proficiency in the following:
◦Ajax development
◦Web Services and WCF services
◦Client Object Model (JavaScript, ECMA, etc)
◦Telerik’s controls (either in ASP.NET or SharePoint applications)
◦Batch process development
•Minimum 2-3 years demonstrated strong knowledge and proficiency in the following development methodologies:
◦Agile Development
◦Object Oriented Development
◦Component based development
◦Patterns & best practices
•Deep Microsoft platform Skills.
•Excellent communication skills
•Demonstrated Custom SharePoint Design and Implementation experience
