Our Client is one of the leading engineering and construction groups in the world and a major player in the ownership of infrastructure, and in the provision of operations and maintenance services.
Job Title: Project Controls Manager
- Project Controls Manager will be responsible for the management/supervision of the cost control, and planning/schedulers group.
-Understand the in-house procedures and lead implementation of the procedures on the project.
-Organize and plan activities of the cost control and planning teams to provide the best services to projects.
-Ensure the application of the cost control and planning methods and procedures and their adaptation to suit the philosophy, strategy and conditions of specific projects and proposals.

Experience/Skills/Qualification

-A minimum of 12 years project control experience that includes the management of lump sum and or reimbursable projects related to EPC/EPCM
-Post secondary degree or a combination of education and experience;
-Significant supervisory experience;
-Significant knowledge of all project management functions, including contract discipline and administration, procurement, materials control, economics and project accounting;
-Capacity to determine program objectives and requirements and to develop standards and guides for diverse technical or administrative activities;
-A distinct results orientation combined with outstanding communication, interpersonal and team building skills.
