Job Description:
 
To perform a variety of network incident and problem analysis; monitor network management systems and respond to user issues and requests.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Active Government of Canada Security Clearance - Secret (Level 2).
  • Experience using Support Magic, Axios Assyst or Remedy
  • Supporting large networks of more than 100 users.
