Job Description:
 
Our client has a requirement for Operations Manager, CRM Online for a 6 month contract opportunity.  The positions are located in Mississauga.   We are looking for a National Sales & Operations Manager for our client's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online business. The position is a key role on the Microsoft Dynamics team with the mandate of driving exponential growth for the CRM online business. This includes driving strategy, operational excellence and sales across cloud-based deployment models, thus enabling them and their partners to provide outstanding solutions for their prospects and customers.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Responsibilities for the role include a blend of customer service, operations, channel development, and sales, including:
 
Customer Service & Operations
 
  • Determining most efficient and effective process for managing the online service" business, in a replicable, scalable manner
  • Identifying, tracking and resolving key sales blockers in our CRM Online business by working with various input points to include customers, partners, field teams, Corp HQ, CRM Business Group, etc.);
  • Regularly reviewing the CRM Online customer lifecycle workflow to ensure efficiency and high levels of customer service (customer experience management from end to end)
  • Identifying risk factors for customer attrition and how to maximize customer success and tenure
  • Acting as an escalation point to customers, both internal & external to constantly improve the CRM Online customer experience
  • Running regular reports and updates to senior management on call conversion, telephone efficiency, sales revenue and seat add milestones.

 
Leadership
 
  • Preparing analysis and recommendations for strategic decision making and investment as it pertains to the CRM Online business
  • Leading a diverse v-team of inside telesales and technical pre-sales specialists:
    • Ensures that appropriate outbound/inbound call management processes: planning, preparation, execution and closing opportunities
    • Manages the team pipeline using pre-defined KPI's
    • Executes all aspects of vendor management
  • Ensuring that Inside Sales and CRM Online Partner Sales collaborate on end-to-end sales engagement and there is clarity in process and respective roles

 
Requirement or Qualifications:
Qualified Candidates will have:
 
  •  5-10+ years of related business and industry expertise
  • Enthusiasm and passion for CRM Online
  • Strong expertise in enterprise-scale online/cloud based solutions
  • High energy, hands on approach to execution: ability to both dive into the details and direct strategy
  • Able to drive impact and influence across the business
  • Knowledge of inbound and outbound sales practices and processes.
  • Knowledge of customer service and services based operations
  • Demonstrated experience with and knowledge of prospecting and lead generation, closing skills and new business sales as it relates to online offerings
  • A deep understanding of the hosted/SaaS CRM industry: level 300 knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and associated technologies
