Client Information and Job Description:


Our client, a large Government of Canada department has an ongoing requirement for Helpdesk Specialists for long term contract opportunities. These positions will be located across Ontario in Toronto, Ottawa, London, Kingston and Barrie with staggered start times.


Qualifications:


Qualified Candidates will have:


- 5+ years of overall IT experience

- Supported large organizations or departments (ideally 1000+ total users)

- Experience with Support Magic or Axios Assyst (Substitutions may be considered)

- SECRET LEVEL II GoC clearance (IMPORTANT NOTE - we are interested in starting the clearance process ASAP for qualified candidates)
