About the Job

Our client has a requirement for Senior Business Analyst for a 6 months contract opportunity. The position is located in Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities:

• Looking for someone with marketing/lead management experience who has done a similar project where he/she has mapped out the process from beginning to end. We are looking to implement a system that can monitor and track customer activities while they browse our websites and present them with offers or leads that are meaningful to them.
• Salesforce is our CRM system and we are looking to generate leads and present to our client facing staff using Salesforce.com. Familiarity with either of the following systems would be an asset; Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Unica and/or Silverpop. These are CRM Lead Management tools available in the market today.
• The objective of the project is to do the following:
• Provide a personalized experience on the public site for leads/prospects to help increase the conversion rate • Better understand lead/prospect behavior on the public site and engagement with content and email • Improve the lead nurturing experience • Provide our front line sales with qualified leads • The product will integrate with salesforce.com

 

Qualification:

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, with recent experience focused on marketing projects
• Experience working on projects involved with marketing/lead management (as in generating leads)
• Extensive experience working with the business & technology groups to gather requirements • Knowledgeable on business process modeling, process mapping.
• Capable of writing clear and well structured business requirements documents.
• Financial background; Previous BMO experience would be beneficial but is not required
• Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, business strategies and processes.
• Contributes to the development of detailed level process maps to facilitate requirements gathering, gap analysis and for training use.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong analysis and analytical skills
• Strong written documentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Testing experience • Identifying business needs and appropriate solutions
