Job Description:

Our client has a requirement for a PeopleSoft HCM Technical Analyst for an 8 month contract opportunity. The position is located in Calgary.

Role:

• To work as a member of the technical team responsible for all development on either the Retiree Benefit or Employee Portal project.
• To work on enhancements within the Human Capital Management application

 

Deliverables:

• Technical Design Documentation
• Software (Application/Reports/Interfaces) Development
• System Testing and Technical issue resolution

 

Requirement or Qualifications:

• PeopleSoft HCM experience with strong knowledge of the Human Capital Management application version 9.1 and PeopleSoft Interaction HUB application version 9.1.
• In depth knowledge of PeopleTools development, PeopleCode, Workflow, SQR, Application Engine, Data Mover, Integration Broker and Component Interface
• Good understanding of the technical tools used in the PeopleSoft environment, including new features available with PeopleTools 8.52
• Strong Analytical and design skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with business and functional resources to develop sustainable business solutions
• Ability to document technical specifications
• Application Development experience
• Report Development (XML publisher, Crystal Reports, SQR, queries) experience
• Interface Development experience
• Testing experience during all system and end user testing, including issue analysis and resolution

 

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience with software development in a PeopleSoft Human Capital Management 9.1 environment
• Previous experience with software development in a PeopleSoft Interaction HUB 9.1 environment
