Job Description:

Our Federal Government client has upcoming Network Analyst (Level 2) positions in Ottawa, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and resolving physical network problems physical network environments.
• Hardware and software installation on servers.
• Backup and file restore.
• Technical documentation including continuity planning, capacity management, and SOPs.

 

Qualifications:

• Eligible for a Government of Canada security clearance.
• Must possess an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Essentials Certification.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in physical data communication connectivity in a Medium-Sized Organization (500+ employees).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving physical network problems in both Ethernet and fibre cable environments.
