Job Description:

Our client has a requirement for a Program Manager for a 6 month contract opportunity. The position is located in Toronto.

We are looking for a solid Program Manager with hands-on PM experience who will plan, coordinate and supervise complex Regulatory Projects (Canadian AntiSpam Legislation). This project is in the Delivery Phase and requires a solid candidate with strong communication skills who can speak to executives, lead (not manage) multiple technology teams and bring them together to incorporate the project plans. This individual would require hands-on IT PM experience with strong executive awareness and a task master to ensure the delivery dates are met.

• able to lead multiple technology teams
• solid IT PM/Program Manager experience with a solid understanding of infrastructure, networks, technology platforms and databases, application architecture and design
• Experience in deploying large technology projects in complex organizations
• combined or past experience as Program Manager / IT PM and has worked with large organization
• Experience with regulatory projects (Canadian Antispam Legislation)
• Financial or Banking institution
• PMP
