About the Job
Our client has a requirement for a Junior IT Asset Management (ITAM) Data and Reporting Analyst for a 10 Month Contract opportunity. The position is located in Scarborough, ON.

Role
Our client is looking for a Project Manager with strong core Project Management skills and experience with IT & Business background for the Personal & Commercial line of business. This is not to work on a specific project, but to lead many projects within the LOB.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis/Data Cleansing/Data Import:
- This involves looking at the fields in HP Asset Manager and helping data import, data analysis and data clean up and standardization. This includes but is not limited to the Model Table, Image Names, Status/Assignment inconsistencies, reviewing fields where data is blank or doesn't make sense, could review assets scanned by SMS and not in Asset Manager, etc.
- Managing the IT Asset Management Intake Box:
- This involves the logging, tracking, assignment and IT Asset request fulfillment. It also involves follow up on ITAM SLAs related to the intake activities.
Requirements or Qualifications
Qualified Candidates will have:
- Proficient in MS Access & MS Excel
- Must be able to compare one or more databases against another
- Data comparison, extraction, manipulation
- Solid understanding of relational databases, schemas, etc.
- Detailed oriented and thorough
- A quick learner that can work independently as well as working in a team environment
- Able to recommend improvements to data, standardization etc.
- Reporting capabilities would also be beneficial e.g. Crystal, Business Objects, excel, etc.
- Attention to detail
- Good communications skills
- Analytical mind
- Financial/Banking experience is an asset
