About the Job

Our client has a requirement for a SharePoint Architect for a 3 Months Contract opportunity. The position is located in United States-Illinois-Chicago

Requirements

• Analyze code and current solutions.
• Work with the development teams to rectify issues they will face when migrating to SharePoint 2013 hosted in the ECS Collaboration environment used to facilitate efficient sharing of documents and knowledge between teams and individuals in the enterprise.
• Will also assist in branding for the new environment.
• Ensure WSP files are reusable and easily distributable; ensure different features of the “Solution” can be enabled or disabled selectively. (WSP is a file extension for a solution file used by Windows. WSP stands for Windows SharePoint. WSP files are CAB files containing a set of features, site definitions, and assemblies that can be applied to a group of computers.)

 

Qualifications

• Very strong verbal and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze code written in C# and possibly other languages.
• Strong skills with WSP Solution files and Branding skills for SharePoint 2010 and 2013.
