Job Description:

Our client has a requirement for LiveLink Analyst for a 6 months contract opportunity. The position is located in Calgary.

Role:

The major objectives of the assignment are for each project:

• Business Requirements
• Solution Options
• Document Library Design and Configuration

 

Requirement or Qualifications:

• Business analysis experience (3+ yrs)
• Familiarity with document management or electronic content management solutions, particularly Livelink (5+ yrs)
• Familiarity with imaging best practices (HW, SW, design) (2+years)
• Records Mangement knowledge and understanding (4+ years)
• Familiar with document library design and configuration (2+ yrs)
• Familiar with document/records management requirements gathering practices (2+ yrs)

 

Desired Skills:

• Livelink experience (Versions 9.7.1 and higher)
• Capture-Vue experience (Mark-up tool)
• Ability and willingness to work with many groups
• Willingness to work within the guidelines of Information Technology
• Previous work experience with Municipal, other Government Organizations or equivalent endeavours.
