Job Description

Our client has a requirement for a Senior Tester for a 12 month contract opportunity.  The position is located in Toronto.

Role

Our client is looking for a Senior Tester with experience in:

• Should have at least 4 years of testing experience.
• Should be skilled in using Microsoft Test Manager
• Should be skilled in using Team Foundation Server (TFS)
• Should be skilled in the Agile Process
• Should have good understanding of .NET Platform
• Should have good understanding of SharePoint
• Should have good understanding of MS Dynamics
• .NET Development experience is an asset.

Requirements or Qualifications

• University Degree (BSc. or B.A.) or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years testing experience
• Strong knowledge of SDLC
• Demonstrated experience with all aspects of the PMLC
• Experience working in Oracle, SQL and .Net projects
• Superior communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) on .NET platforms
• Experience with application development
• Ability to work, unassisted with minimum supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and consensus-building skills
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Good negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work at a detailed level and quickly learn business application-specific details
