About the Job
Our client has a requirement for Help Desk Analyst for a 6 months contract opportunity.  The position is  located in Scarborough or Barrie.

Requirements or Qualifications
A Help Desk Analyst is required and will be responsible for: 
  • Providing technical assistance to end users by answering questions and resolving computer problems for internal clients via telephone by remote access.
  • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities in ticketing system (remedY)
  • Confer with users and/or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support

Qualified Candidates will have
  • Minimum of Highschool degree
  • 2 years of experience in a help desk position
  • 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Flawless communications skill
  • Experience with ticketing system
  • Team spirit
  • Professional and personable
  • French is an asset
