Step 1: Create Your Personal Portfolio

Create your own personal portfolio of achievements. Gather copies of diplomas, certificates of training completed, certificates and achievement, and letters of recommendation.

If you have online endorsements that other people have written about your performance, you can copy and paste those comments into a document that summarizes recommendations which can be easily confirmed online.

Make a list of goals exceeded, quotas and measureable milestones or dates that of your accomplishments.

Organize this information about your personal history and create a file with copies that you can access whenever you need it.
