About the Job

Our client has a requirement for Junior Business Consultant for a 1 year contract opportunity.  The positions are located in Toronto.

Requirements or Qualifications

This team is mainly responsible for the support of the company’s auditors. The contractor will be responsible for working with complex information systems and develops or modifies existing systems through analysis of business and user needs.

The consultant will also be doing data mining, extraction & analysis with multiple platforms, gathering of detailed business requirements while identifying and tracking business systems issues. Research and document sponsor/stakeholder needs in accordance with Project Life Cycle methodology utilizing reporting tools, requirements gathering methodologies, process models, data models and prototypes.

Qualified Candidates will have

• Bachelors in Finance, Math or Computer Science
• At least 3 years of experience in Audit
• Banking/Financial experience
• SAS , ACL , VBA , SQL, Access, Relational Databases, Excel
• Fantastic communications skills, verbal & written
• Professional demeanor
• Proactive, assertive
• Attention to detail
