Job Description
Our client has a requirement for an Intermediate ERP Functional Analyst for a two (2) year contract opportunity.  The position is located in Ottawa, ONT

Requirements or Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years experience within the past 10 years as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Functional Analyst;
  • A minimum of 4 years experience as an ERP Functional Analyst in a development or operational environment, working with PeopleSoft HRMS version 8.9 or PeopleSoft HCM version 8.9;
  • A certificate of completion for the following formal Oracle PeopleSoft training courses
    • Oracle PeopleTools 1
    • PS Query
  • Combined demonstrated experience performing all of the following tasks:
    • Conducting fit/gap analysis of Human Resource (HR) processes using PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 or greater
    • Documenting changes and recommending options to resolve gaps between HR process requirements using PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 or greate
    • Presenting recommended options for approval and implementation.
  • Experience conducting business process reengineering to HR best business practices using PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 or greater, within the past 10 years;
  • Experience using PeopleTools Application Designer;
  • Within the past 5 years combined demonstrated experience analyzing, developing, designing and documenting HR business process requirements as well as functional specifications for HR applications;
  • Combined demonstrated experience developing test plans, and writing and executing test scripts for the testing of PeopleSoft HRMS modules in PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 or greater;
  • Experience working as an ERP functional analyst from the analysis phase through the implementation phase of a new functionality or during the upgrade of a PeopleSoft HRMS or PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 or greater; and
  • Experience providing mentoring and training to functional analysis support teams
