About the Job

Our client has a requirement for Salesforce Business Analyst for a three-month contract opportunity.  The position is located in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities 

• Our client is looking for a Business Analyst who has substantial experience with defining solutions in Salesforce.com .This group has installed Salesforce at the beginning of the year and is having some issues with the software. They have been given the funding to do an improvement project to restructure it so that it will be more effective for the business.
• They are looking for someone to come in and supplement the team and provide this expertise.
• They have been working with the vendor and they have delivered a solution, but they need this resource to work with the team internally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience defining solutions in Salesforce.com
• Experience in all facets of project lifecycle; proficient comprehension of project management                              
• methodologies; genuine commitment to project environment and discipline.
• Financial background is preferred, but not required.

Must Have Business Analysis Skills

• Experience working with the business to gather requirements
• Strong documentation skills
• Identifying business needs
• Identifying appropriate solution to needs

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, business strategies and processes.
• Knowledgeable on business process modeling, process mapping.
• Capable of writing clear and well structured business requirements documents.
• Contributes to the development of detailed level process maps to facilitate requirements gathering, gap analysis and for training use.
• Ability to resolve minor conflicts/issues using different tactics for prior to escalation.
• Work with team members to understand the needs of the project.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
