Our client has a requirement for Business Analyst for a multi-year contract opportunity. The position is located in downtown Ottawa, Ontario.

Requirement or Qualifications
- Secret Clearance
- 8+ years of business analysis within the IT sector
- 8+ years experience developing and documenting statements of requirements
- 8+ years experience analyzing functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flows
- 8+ years experience translating functional, technical and business requirements into deliverables including use cases and business requirement documents
- 5+ years experience analyzing a complex, transactional, forms based with multiple steps business system (an asset would be experience with a java/j2ee web application)
- 5+ years experience producing Business Cases, Options Analysis, Project Charters and other project artifacts
- 5+ years experience working with a cross functional team (application developers, SMEs, PMs)
- 2+ years experience analyzing GoC web applications that have implemented Treasury Board standards CLF2.0 or WCAG
- 5+ years experience evaluating business rules, procedures, methods and identifying and documenting database content and structure
- 7+ years experience identifying business processes for redesign and creating a gaps analysis between the current and future state of the automated processes
- 7+ years experience structuring use cases
- 7+ years experience with process modeling
- 7+ years experience with business workflows that relate to the requirements in an application/solutions design
- 5+ years experience analyzing business web solutions for GoC with business rules related to federal legislation
- 2+ years experience leading strategic reviews of GoC program areas and creating business process road maps for the “to be” state
