About the Job
Our client has a requirement for a Bilingual Enterprise Sales Excellence Associate for a 1 Year Contract opportunity.  The position is located in Ottawa, ON.

Role
As an Enterprise Sales Excellence Associate, you will work closely with Public Sector Sales Managers and the Sales Excellence Team to take on exciting sales strategy and execution activities. In this role, you will work directly with 2 Enterprise Sales Teams as well as supporting Sales Managers, Account Executives, Account Technology Strategists, Solution Sales Specialists and Licensing Specialists. In addition you will work closely with the Sales Excellence Team in developing innovative sales analytics, tools, dashboards and operational processes.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Opportunity Pipeline management in centralized Customer Relationship Management system, consisting a variety of pipeline, activity and contact management tasks
  • Working closely with Sales Directors to provide business management and operational support, including the development of management dashboards, revenue forecasting and a variety of reporting and analytics
  • Working closely with Bid Response desk and Account Executives, coordinate RFP responses in French
  • Working closely with Account Executives & Sales Specialists, providing operational and sales execution support
  • Business planning & strategy research for account planning, executive visits, sales opportunities, etc.
  • End-to-end exposure to deal structure and creation with Public Sector accounts
  • Involvement and exposure to Enterprise Sales strategy and direct sales in appliance to the Sales Executive Framework and forecasting processes
  • Supporting key strategic deliverables like Enterprise Customer Surveys, Account Planning, and Managing Relationship Programs, etc.

Requirements or Qualifications
  • 1-2 years supporting sales teams/sales experience; RFP response experience
  • Enterprise Sales Business Management & Support
  • Strong analytics and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Fully bilingual (French/English); comfortable translating documentation/contracts
  • Resourceful, relentless and reliable with an ability to come up with solutions when faced with ambiguity and challenging situations
  • Creative, innovative and with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and draw insights from many sources of data
  • Ability to work closely with senior directors and account executives and deliver reliably and with high quality consistently
  • Effective time management and project management skills
  • Initiative and demonstrated proactively – always looking to innovate and drive improvement
  • Professional, confident, and assertive team player
  • Positive, high-energy, and passion for software and technology
  • Strong business acumen and results-orientation
  • Exceptional Excel skills with an ability to manipulate and analyze data (including the use of pivot table, etc.)
  • Experience with databases such as Access or SQL an asset
  • SharePoint and Visio experience are an asset
  • Travel requirement of approximately 3-4 trips to Quebec city/year
