Job Description
Our client has a requirement for a Senior Program Manager role for 12 months contract. The position is located in Toronto.

Description
The Program Manager will be responsible for providing leadership for Building the New Client (BNO) program within Modernization. The BNO program includes all the activities related to organizational design and building the necessary capabilities for the future of Client.

The Program Manager will also be responsible for providing hands on coordination and oversight to the development and management of all program related documentation and plans (e.g. schedules, program status, etc.) as well as facilitation of program and project administrative tasks (e.g. management of the program archives).

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in managing complex transformative programs/ multiple projects with a degree of strategic alignment, and a number of interdependencies, or has extensive experience implementing and managing large corporate level Organizational Transformation Programs.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, process reengineering, transitioning from current to new organization structure and change management is required.
  • Experience with presenting to senior corporate management and external stakeholders are required.
  • Experience managing program plans that follow Client’s Portfolio /Project Management methodology
  • Communicate regularly with all program and project stakeholders, from team members to executive management
  • Ensure all appropriate messages are conveyed.
  • Coach and mentor others, and conduct learning and/or knowledge sharing sessions.
