Job Description

Our Private sector client is in need of an experienced web developer to customize a mobile ticketing and mobile web system. This is a short 2 month contract opportunity and is located in Ottawa.

Qualified Candidates Must Have

• A University degree - BSC in Computer Science, or 3 years of technical certification in a relevant web development field
• 5+ years of experience in developing front-end interfaces for web
• Intermediate level of experience using HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, jQuery Mobile, ThemeRoller
• Experience developing for a mobile web or web application
• Experience working in a collaborative environment using source code control and bug tracking system
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suites or Creative Cloud
• Ability to maintain good coding and documentation practices
• Experience in social networking integration through API is an asset
• Experience using a Web content management system (Wordpress) is an asset
