Job Description

Our client has a requirement for 2 Change Management Level 3 Consultants for a long term (2 years) contract opportunity.  The positions are located in the NCR.

Requirements or Qualifications

• 12 months of experience as a Change Manager in the federal, provincial or municipal government.
• Experience working on the planning and solution development and deployment for at least 2 change management projects of at least 12 months in length:
• The change must have affected at least 1500+ staff.
• Must have experience within these projects with engagement activities and communications products to support awareness for the change
• Must have written a detailed CM plan
• Experience on a project applying Project Management methodology.
• Must have 5+ years of experience with a University or College degree and a professional certification.
• Must have active Enhanced clearance
