Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for a Senior Technical Analyst for a 6 month contract opportunity. The position is located in Toronto.

Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Analyst, with at least 5 solid years of experience in IT operational reporting as a member of the Operational Effectiveness team.


Responsibilities
  • produce reports and dashboards to help manage and maintain quality control from our Project/Portfolio management tool Clarity
  • complete updates to Business Continuity Management plan to keep it current and reflective of the team
  • build and maintain new processes to improve the operational effectiveness of the TES team.
  • complete updates to the team intranet site (share point)
 
 
Must Haves:
  • expert / advanced Excel including sound knowledge of pivot tables, macros, complex formulas
  • sound knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
  • experience with Project/Portfolio Management
  • good working knowledge of SharePoint and web maintenance
  • intermediate understanding of SDLC and related terminology
 
  
Nice to Have Skills:
  • experience with Clarity
  • experience with a time reporting tool (CARPE DIEM preferred)
  • experience maintaining Share Point sites
  • knowledge of accounting and accounting reporting processes
  • experience with MS Project
  • web design for the purpose of online reporting on corporate intranets
