Role
Our Client’s Global Infrastructure Business Unit is aggressively looking to hire two ITIL SMEs to implement ITIL's best practices and processes in the GTA area.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee quality of Incident, Problem and Change Management
  • Review and recommend best practices for Incident, Problem and Change Management for continuous improvement in service quality delivery
  • Conduct maturity assessments of processes;
  • Review in incidents for identification of possible problems
  • Write out ITIL audit procedures;
  • Set up procedures related to implementation tools;
  • Analyze, recommend , implement, and operationalize ITIL processes;
  • Make recommendations to improve and optimize services offered by the infrastructure team to clients;
  • Interact with different stakeholders;
  • Lead workshops as needed;
  • Implement evaluation mechanisms on an ongoing basis;
  • Ensure proper follow-up with all stakeholders.
  • Present strategic files to client
    Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations;
  • ITIL Certification (Service Delivery, Master v2 or Expert v3);
  • Excellent verbal and written communications;
  • Good interpersonal skills;

  • ITIL Foundations V3 Expert - 3 year(s)
