Our client has a requirement for an IT Analyst for a 6 month opportunity. The position is located in Toronto, ON.

Role

We are looking for an IT Analyst with JCL, TSO and CA7 for a 6 month contract in Toronto.

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be a member of a dynamic team responsible for maintaining 47,000+ file transfer profiles and 2300+ EDI trading partner profiles, supporting the following business and technical support groups.
• As a member of the team, you will be responsible for working with internal business units, external corporate customers, and other Financial Institutions.
• You’ll be creating, testing and implementing file transfers from TDBFG & TD Banknorth, setting up trading partner relationships and providing 24/7 2nd level support of day-to-day operations.

You will be challenged with support issues, which may require you to manage and coordinate with many other groups within ITS, TS and Solution Delivery Services.


Qualifications

• The candidate must be self-motivated and prepared to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
• Excellent problem determination and time management skills are essential.
• The candidate should be well organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be required to interact with several business groups and external customers.
• Candidate should be familiar with JCL, TSO, CA7, AWF and USD Incident and Change
• Experience/knowledge of the following is an asset; Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Transmission Management Facility (TMF), Network architecture, File Transfer protocols/software/tools (including Xfer and Momentum), various Operating System Platforms, Server technology and the various businesses/applications of Client
