Job Description:

Our client has a requirement for a Graphics Software developer for a permanent position.

The position is located in Ottawa.

Requirement or Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in C/C++ software development and integration
• Deep experience programming applications with OpenGL/OpenGL ES in a mobile or device environment
• Linux development experience
• Expertise in building and deploying performance and memory critical C/C++ software on mobile handsets or other constrained devices
• General embedded development experience, including one or more of the following: application development, device driver integration or development (graphics, input, serial, other), or kernel packaging.
• Excellent system level debugging, problem solving, and testing skills.
• Fast learner able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor of Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.

 

Ideal Candidate Will Also Have:

• Experience working with set-top boxes or Smart TVs.
• Knowledge of web standards including HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, SVG.
• Knowledge or experience with open-source browsers including WebKit, Chromium, Mozilla.
