client has a requirement for a Senior Desktop Support Analyst
for a 3 Month Contract opportunity. The position is located in
Toronto, ON.

financial services client is looking for a Work Group Technician Analyst to add
to his existing team.
Responsibilities
The
Tech Analyst will be responsible for providing excellent customer desktop
support within XP environment to a team of approximately 100 users. The
contractor must provide Desktop/Desk side Support, builds and installs.
Requirements
or Qualifications
- 7 years experience as a Deskside/Desktop Support
- Microsoft Desktop Technician Certified is an asset
- Experience working with ticketing system (experience with Remedy is an asset)
- Office Suite
- Flawless Customer Service Skills, Customer Service Oriented
- Flawless Communication Skills is paramount
- Ability to prioritize work
