Our client has a requirement for a Retail Kiosk Worker for a 10 Month Contract opportunity. The position is located in Vancouver BC.

Product Advisor is the ultimate provider of extensive product knowledge and
sales support based upon each customer’s unique needs, both before and after the
sale. Serve as a friendly and insightful primary point of contact for our
customers. Deliver an amazing customer experience every
time.Responsibilities

Acquire and maintain an elite level of product knowledge in all Client retail products and service offerings.

Be the in-store example of the Client vision of the long term customer relationship.

Provide customized solutions to ‘new’ purchasers that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Collaborate with corporate and field team members in the development of the necessary tools and programs that will lead to long-term relationships with elated customers.

Flawlessly execute the sales and service strategies of the Client Retail organization.

Performing Phone Activation
- Completing sales transactions with POS
Qualifications

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Team player and ability to get along with others.

Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, public facing environment.

Lifting with or without assistance (loading and unloading all those great products and carrying purchases out for our customers may be required!

Must be able to work your regularly scheduled shiftMust be able to be mobile throughout the store

POS- ringing up customer purchases and processing at Point of Sale machines

Greeting customers arriving and departing from the store

Must have previous retail background

Superior customer service skills both in person and over the phone

Ability to work well with other team members

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Phone activation experience strongly preferred
Minimum
Requirements
-
Superior Customer Service skills.

2 years previous retail sales experience.
-
Passion for Client products and technology.
-
Client certifications are a plus.
-
Prior experience selling technology preferred.
-
Teaching or training experience is a plus.
