Job Description
Our client has a requirement for a Senior Process Architect for 4 months contract. The position is located in Vancouver, BC.

Responsibilities
Our client is looking for a consultant to fulfill the role of Senior Process Architect. Reporting to the Project Manager, Enterprise Information Analytics, consultant shall work together with Client team members and other consultants to provide Process Architectural consulting services for assigned projects.
The Senior Process Architect is expected to perform the following Definition Phase tasks & duties:
  • Work with the Client project team to analyze and document the Client current state related to information governance and Analytics competency, capability and organization structure (Business and Technology & Security)
  • Conduct interviews with appropriate staff (Executive, Director, Managers, Technical and Operations Staff) from all impacted areas of the business
  • Provide direction on a recommended process architecture (Business and T&S) for Client to support business requirements for information governance and analytics
  • Developing a Responsible, Accountable, Communicated, Informed (RACI) Model in support of Information Governance and Analytics, mapping processes to related roles
  • Analysis of the integration of Information Governance and Analytics into the broader T&S framework
  • Project evaluation, prioritization and approval
  • Business Case development
  • The Technology and Security Project Delivery Standard Framework and Tailoring Guidelines (ITDSP)
  • Ensure support for a broad range of Analytics capabilities from operations-based ad hoc queries through to work performed by data scientists as part of a competency center
  • Recommendations regarding the establishment of an ACC/CoE
  • Resourcing, Skill sets, training, etc.
  • Organization structure
  • Required competencies, including gaps that might exist in the current state
  • Align recommendation with parallel EIA project activities
  • Prioritization of Use Cases for Analytics
  • Information Governance planning
  • The Technology Roadmap
  • Provide support to other on-going Implementation phase deliverables (although the specific deliverables are not in scope) to ensure alignment and coordination
  • High-level design
  • Implementation Plan
  • Implementation Phase Business Plan

Requirements
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of Process Architecture experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Information Management
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, PMP Designation or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Expert knowledge of business process modeling, methodology as well as a track record of hands-on experience in defining and implementing initiatives to achieve targeted business value required
  • Track record of implementing / managing a process framework and governance on enterprise level
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and build an integrated end-to-end future state vision across functional silos
  • Strong facilitation, communication and writing skills
  • Stakeholder engagement skills
  • In depth knowledge of Information Management
