Job Description

Our client has a requirement for a Senior Solution / Application Architect for a long term contract opportunity. The position is located in Ottawa.

Requirements or Qualifications

Solutions/Application Architect will work with all the various technologies in the client’s environment in order to create linkages between them. For example ascertaining how RDIMS can be integrated with their Oracle database, or how Exchange can be integrated with their Java applications, also how they can use Portal technologies to provide a single point of entry for all of their applications and many others.

 

The following technologies are in their environment and the consultant should be familiar with many of them:

• Oracle Databases
• Java
• Weblogic (though I’d take any App Server)
• Portal Technology (no specific one)
• MS Dynamics (this is a tough one so I’d submit without)
• MS Exchange
• OpenText (RDIMS, GCDocs, CS 2010 or another one)
• Windows Server
• Mule ESB (nice to have)

This will be a 2 year contract and a great opportunity
