First line of support for responding to incidents and service requests - resolve where possible and reassign if not Packaging Bronze level Application software for deployments Providing application support to customers Writing technical knowledge base articles & How To's Application Inventory maintenance Software Application Installs Software Change and Release ticket management Deployer for applications SharePoint Updating and Organizing Sharepoint Maintenance
