About the Job
Our client has a requirement for Yammer Customer Engagement Program Manager for a 12 months contract opportunity. The positions are located in Mississauga.

This role is looking for someone very passionate, energetic and credible with senior managers to help our enterprise customers activate, launch and drive adoption of their Yammer network.

Requirements or Qualifications
  • Help customers launch and drive adoption of Yammer Enterprise in their organization
  • Help develop and refine Yammer end user adoption customer programs and initiatives
  • Plan and execute Yammer launch days at customer sites (or remotely as applicable) in coordination with the customer, supporting communications planning, launch day activity, user training and other related launch activities
  • Help customers complete health checks of their Yammer networks to understand current adoption levels, identify adoption challenge areas and advise customers on corrective actions that should be taken to rectify
  • Leverage account information to identify customers that would be good candidates for adoption engagement and work with the account teams to get customer commitment to invest resources and effort to drive adoption of their Yammer network
  • Complete project management activities associated with Yammer customer engagement programs, including managing project plans, tracking progress and issues, managing expectations and managing budgets.
  • Provide regular reporting on the status of engaged Yammer customer accounts and how they are progressing towards usage thresholds
  • Represent Yammer as a product expert as needed (requires level 100 knowledge of Yammer), including working with Yammer experts to coordinate resolutions to select customer issues.

Qualified Candidates will have
  • Ability to have persuasive and credible communications with senior managers to gain customer buy-in and organizational resourcing for key adoption initiatives.
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, change management/consulting, human resources or other related fields are a must.
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote is a must.
  • Strong Project management and multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment are a must.
  • Comfort level and passion for technology is a must with preference for candidates that have knowledge and/or familiarity with enterprise social.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields is preferred.
  • Preference for bilingual candidate.
