Job Description

Our client has a requirement for an SOA QA Analyst – Application Tester for a contract opportunity. The position is located in North York.

Role

• Required 3 years of experience in IBM middleware/ESB products (Datapower, WSRR, WMB, MQ)
• Experience in infrastructure testing for data power/WSRR/Message Broker installation, configuration
• Experience in testing integration with Data power, WMB and WSRR
• Experience in non functional testing (availability, failover, backup and restore)
• Experience in WSRR installation and configuration testing
• Experience in configuration testing for services, service endpoint lookup, runtime and governance node testing
• Experience in SSL, AAA/SSL mutual authentication testing
• Experience in writing regression test scripts, unix scripts
• Experience in XSLT, XML, SAML and external facing integration testing

 

Requirements or Qualifications

• Must have experience with at least one SOA Test tool (SOAP UI Pro, Parasoft, LISA ITKO).
• Experience with IBM Websphere Datapower, Websphere Enterprise Service Bus and Websphere MQ is an asset
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to create Test cases and identify test data requirements
• Experience working with defect management tools and processes (especially Quality Center)
• Ability to work with Vendors and be part of a team
