Job Description

One of our financial services hiring managers is looking for PROJECT MANAGER to join his team in TORONTO for a 6month contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

• This candidate would need to create project management artifacts and would provide project status to management on regular basis.
• The candidate would be able to develop project timeline and ensure the tasks are performed on time. If there is any delay, should follow thru and escalate to the management promptly. 
• This role requires a project manager with a technical background, who can quickly understand application architecture and design, and manage the resolution of technical issues. The duration of projects could vary from one to eight months.
•  The successful candidate will be required to manage more than one small to medium sized project at one time

Must Have

• Project management experience for distributed applications in UNIX / AIX environment 
• Project management and software development experience  of at least 6 years
•  Experience in managing business expectations 

Nice To Have

• IBM CMOD or Enterprise Content Management 
• Technology development background and/or past experience as Technology lead in performing analytical and design tasks
