About the Job
Our client has a requirement for a PeopleSoft Technical Architect for a 2 month contract opportunity.  The position is located in Toronto.    

Requirements
The Technical Architect will be responsible for the following:
  •  Participate in the Upgrade planning and provide detailed input to the implementation Tasks
  • Upgrade People Soft Application from 8.9 to 9.1
  • Analyze, design, develop and customize applications, interfaces, processes and reports in PeopleSoft HRMS
  • Develop, analyze and design and customize applications, interfaces and processes during the 8.9 to 9.1 upgrade
  • Design, develop conversion programs using SQR, People Code, App Engine and SQL
  • Create Workflow and Debug workflow logic in Application designer and AWE
  • Day to day management of the specified project deliverables on time as per the project plan.
  • Actively ensure knowledge transfer through partnership with our clients Application Maintenance Team.
  • Ensure full system documentation is complete and reflect all current changes.
  • Implement and Explain Record Definitions
  • Configuring Record Definition Properties
  • Configuring Record Field Use Properties
  • Configuring Record Edits Properties
  • Build SQL Tables
  • Participate in the Upgrade planning and provide detailed input to the implementation tasks for e-recruitment, Core and Self Service Modules
  • Upgrade PeopleSoft e recruitment including ,Canada gateway, Core and Self Service application  in v9.1
  • Analyze, design, develop and customize applications, interfaces, processes and reports for e-Recruitment, Core and Self Service in PeopleSoft HRMS
  • Perform customization updates in  v9.1 using
  • PeopleSoft Application Development Process
  • PeopleSoft Designer

Qualified Candidates will have: 
  • PeopleSoft Application Development Process
  • PeopleSoft Designer
  • You will have designed and developed conversion programs and reports using SQR, PeopleCode, App Engine and SQL
  • Tested systems and applications to ensure proper and efficient functionality has been developed
  • Create and Analyze Test Plans
  • Tuned and debugged PeopleCode, SQR and Application Engine programs
  • Implemented and deployed applications in PeopleSoft v 9.1 Environment
  • Coached and mentored HRMS Upgrade project team members.
