Job Description

Our Federal Government client has a requirement for a Functional PeopleSoft Analyst with experience providing Business Change Management (BCM) support for activities in all project cycles such as Organizational Change Management, Communications Management and Project Outcomes Management.

Requirements or Qualifications

• Valid PWGSC Secret security clearance
• Experience defining  the processes and techniques used to manage the people-side of business change in order to achieve the required business outcomes
• Previous experience on an Oracle/PeopleSoft solution ensuring delivery meets stakeholder expectations
• Desired experience with PeopleSoft HCMS V8.9 or 9
• Previous experience providing strategic and tactical advice and recommendations on ERP implementations specific to PeopleSoft
